Okay, so I've decided to start a new blog on my weightloss/body toned journey. I started to do something last summer, but was only able to keep going for a little bit. This time, I'm not giving up! I have always wanted a more toned body, and I am going to stick with it. This is a picture of my family, as you can see, my daughter steals the show A LOT of the time!
This is going to mainly be a blog to keep myself accountable for not giving up. My starting weight is 146. I've not done any measurements this time around. I've started the Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred last week on January 13. So far, I've not missed a day. I also did a 5 mile walk at home video yesterday on top of the shred. :) I did take a picture, but, I don't have the courage to show it yet. Since starting back up again, I feel more energized, and ready to go! I love it!
On eating healthy, I'm following the principles of the 21 Day Fix Plan. However, I haven't ordered it yet. But, I am sticking with eating more clean, and am tracking how many greens, fruits, proteins, etc., I eat in a day. That is what is keeping me going right now. Maybe once I save a bit more $ I'll order the videos for that. But, I'm sticking with Jillian right now. :)
