Goal Setting

This is my first chart I made when I first started the 30 day shred. As you can tell, I stuck with it most of the days. But, fell off on Day 12. This time around I have the smiley faces circled with orange when I complete a day. So far, so good!!!  I even did a 5 mile walk at home yesterday on top of the shred!
