Breakfast!

This is what my typical breakfast looks like. I love my eggs!  I have gone from having two slices of toast to just one. What a difference it makes cutting out carbs!  They all went straight to my lower back. If I'm not eating eggs for breakfast it's a simple Greek yogurt and some fruit for me. But I usually stick with this and then fruit for a mid morning snack.
